@Pret ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND? Just grabbed my regular pastry and asked cup of hot water as usual as I'm not tolerant to coffee and don't like the tea. I WAS REFUSED HOT WATER and told the reason-I MAY USE IT AS A WEAPON! REALLY???

@MayorofLondon @TfL since last strike #NorthernLine was never working as normal again. QUESTION- why Northern line trains ARE BLOWING HOT AIR? Its +30° inside on the train, someone just fainted, also train IS NOT MOVING! Thank you

@TfL its not even #tubestrike still same crap. Journeys home on #Northernline gets you EXHAUSTED after working all day. And sure- no refund too- "apply on the website" that shows nothing but ERROR at the end. Pathetic. @MayorofLondon

@Ryanair pathetic! Waiting 1.5h online for a "help" just to be told, that no matter there was mistake, incorrect charge at the gate boarding with pictures of evidence, simply to hear- sorry, any fee, that was charged at the airport by Ryanair- CAN NOT BE REFUNDED. #RyanairWorst

@TfL every Sunday the same situation- I come to bus stop for 326, thats suppose to leave 12 sharp.The bus goes much earlier, the driver wouldn't stop. Next 326 is 15minutes, but the driver ALWAYS late 10min. I recognise her and always ask,why do they make me wait half an hour..

@EvaBeliever @Bournemouthecho I swam next to a shark at Studland a few years back, it was about 3 feet long, just basking in the warmer waters. Worryingly between me and the shoreline. It was just a baby.
