@TfL are there service problems on the SL9 again? Should have been two buses pull up in the time I’ve been waiting, no service notifications online, care to shed any light on the situation??
A Muslim sister was abused on @TfL yesterday on the northern line between 3/4pm told to go back to her country, vile language thrown not one person stood up to defend… that girl was my sister and she endured the most horrific abuse. That scum targeted women cause cowards do!
@SJRH03@TfL@tfl lied to us that when they closed the ticket offices, that would release the staff for front-line, front-of-house duties. Not only are there now *fewer* FoH staff than before, the ones that are about are *utterly useless* as you note 🙄

@TfL when you replace old bus-stops them with new ones, you should also replace the digital bus countdown that were also previously there. Phone theft in London is through the roof & you are putting your customers at further risk by having them check for bus times on their phone!
