@BritishGas I pay fixed monthly DD and get billed twice a year. Are you able to confirm when I'm likely to get the rebate. I pay my DD on the 26th of each month. So will I receive the October payment after my Oct DD payment?

@JamesAkehurst1 @BritishGas Same here 😏🙄 we pay fixed monthly direct debit, get the bill twice a year, and rebate was meant to be going into my bank account 🤷 why are they struggling so much, especially as other companies seem to have actually dealt with their customers quickly and refunded. #britishgas
