@OneGreatGambino @neogiu_ it always matters. but if you have worked in AAA many of them have passion projects that they work on in their extra time. we are about to see many of those. shit will always exist - don’t count out passion.

@EzekielYoder @neogiu_ While somewhat true. Many of the people being laid off will make shit games, and loose thier nest egg. The story and game play matters now.

@neogiu_ competition is good and healthy. it pushes us to be better. in terms of the industry though, muxh like movies… big studios have narrowed focus, which leads to opportunity. dire brings out the best in us.

@EzekielYoder I've always worked for indie, having AAA veterans in the competition just makes it harder lol even if I did solo dev it'd be nearly impossible to reach an audience it's dire

@ErikLambert1 sense? anyone with eyes can tell burden is #1. even if he improves his route running and catching, he's our 2nd best receiver right now. but is true he could be our #3 if doesn't right the ship quick.

Rome Odunze isn't naive. He can sense his place in the #Bears offense slipping. Unless he fixes some of his issues catching the ball, he's in trouble. That is why he's looking to three NFL stars for research on a solution. (1/2)

Maybe next year the Lions will have three or four blowouts and you’ll be happy not being in the playoffs and not winning the NFC North again. you will be all good. enjoy.

@jacobinfante24 while i agree with this. it feels like bears are going to try and focus on creating pressure and stopping run via dbs more this year. it’s beginning to feel like this is allen’s blueprint. picking up a safety early in draft and coby bryant via free agency.

I’m concerned about the #Bears’ interior DL going into 2026. It was a weakness last year and didn’t improve much this offseason. Gervon Dexter is in the last year of his rookie deal. Grady Jarrett would free $12.75M if cut next offseason. I’m not sure either come back for 2027. But I’m excited about the long-term possibilities. It’s a solid group of FAs and draft prospects at DT next offseason, and I like the developmental Jordan van den Berg has. That’s my biggest concern about this defense going into 2026 and I think could hold them back. But I like the chance to reset at the position next year and really fix the DL going forward.

@itsmine49 i believe it was more about allen choosing to be more aggressive in taking risks, focusing on takeaways, and making adjustments ingame. very situational too, which why he deserves a lot of credit for the success bears had despite being a bottom tier defense statistically.

This is why I laugh when people bring up the interceptions. lol There’s no way our secondary is this bad if everyone stays healthy

@TiMonkey33 @0moyeh it's different pain. it's not long lasting, because god never gives you more than you can handle. i've seen women in labor scream and be angry at people etc. nut shot, you down, and nothing can happen till it passes. you hold em.

Speaking from experience there's a lot of variables to pain. You break your legs and not even feel it because of the shock. You can get punched in the head with a really weak shot and it can be 150 times more painful than being hit in the head with a proper punch. I've broken two bones at the same time. And I've had a softball hit me straight in the nuts. I can tell you that the femurs hurt way more. And the pain from them lasted months. When you think about a single thing causing you pain for any more than a few minutes like getting hit in the nuts does, it becomes pretty fucking obvious which one sucks more. But for what it's worth I've heard a woman say that she broke a femur and gave birth to a child and the broken femur was more painful.

@Rakumei23 @0moyeh i agree it's a different pain. but it's so bad you can't even scream or be angry, you on the ground. child birth be hours though, i get it. but with nuts, if that went on hours you choosing death. god only gives us as much as we can handle, so nut shot can only last a short time

@0moyeh I mean yeah it really hurts. I've been smacked in the nuts in martial arts. Enough to lay you out on the floor. Still I think it's exaggerated. More painful than childbirth? Breaking a bunch of bones? I've broken one bone and think that was worse than getting kicked in the balls
