Got pretty much nothing in return but the knowledge it's been spent by a bunch of retards who hate me.

You can be a top taxpayer in the UK and still be priced out of housing. But the system can fund multi-million-pound homes for others for decades. And we’re told this is fair.

The hourly rate you make when on benefits as a single person with a dash of anxiety is £11.12 The minimum hourly rate in the U.K. is £12.21. Many hospitality jobs, retail jobs and even care jobs pay this. Now why would I bust my balls for £12.21 which is ONLY £1.09 extra when I can be chilling on benefits on a similar amount of money with my anxiety of course? Benefits should be uncomfortable- it should make people feel like I can’t wait to get off of them. Instead it’s not a bad lifestyle for many who may not be ambitious.

Olise signed for Bayern for £50m in July, we signed Neto for £54m and João Félix for £45m in August. ‘felt finances involved beyond reach’ as they didn’t want to break their wage structure so instead they ended up overpaying for less talent. smart business, that.

🚨 EXCL: Chelsea withdraw from race to sign Crystal Palace winger Michael Olise. #CFC held talks with #CPFC + 22yo but felt finances involved beyond reach - instead plan to reward existing players & new recruits (expected to add 2 attackers) @TheAthleticFC nytimes.com/athletic/55640…

I feel so sad that a pregnant woman can now take an abortion pill and stop the heart of a 35-week gestation baby. Most people think that’s murder. Too many MPs and Lords are fine with it. Most EU countries have an abortion limit of 12 weeks. Britain is in moral decline.
David Frost@DavidGHFrost

I voted last night against the prospect of a new law allowing self-administered abortion up to birth. Sadly we failed to win the votes against this abhorrent practice, which will now become law shortly. It is deeply shameful that our country has gone down this awful road. Thank you to @DavidAltonHL and so many other colleagues who led this fight. This particular battle may be over (for now) but the campaign continues.
