@nationaltrust I signed us as a joint membership on the 21st May. Received no email with temporary membership within 20 mins, DD has been set up with my bank. Emailed you 5 days ago for an update and received no response? How do I get this sorted and receive my membership?

So I was right to not go into a fixed tariff! Ovo wanted to charge me £250 a month when I typically spend £45 in summer and £75 in winter. Already in credit so I will stick to paying what I use with a monthly bill.
