@FlySWISS I have a two leg booking on 2L + LX booked thru LX. On my passport, my surname has two words, say "John Doe", but on my ticket it has been swapped to "Doe John". My flight is tomorrow and customer service is not reachable. Is this ok or needs to be addressed at airport?

@FlySWISS Flying today Business Class on LX 1683 from Florence to Zurich departure at 6/30 pm with my 84 years old mother. Had wheelchair confirmed on our PNR C42SZO but were given wheelchair only with no attendant. Had to push the wheelchair myself till departure gate. What a way to treat business class passengers, Swiss has to take care of this unpleasant experience
