In ten months, the defense hasn't challenged any of it. If the confessions were fake, that's exactly how they'd have gotten this case thrown out. Thank you, too, for the Dairy Queen photo from that evening — showing his face in the same white-logo Hurley hat he's seen wearing on campus, a few minutes from where Charlie was shot. Ten months spent defending Charlie's accused killer, and slandering his wife, his friends, and his organization while making millions lying about his murder — and you finally produced real evidence. Unfortunately for you, it shows Tyler Robinson shooting Charlie Kirk. Charlie told us himself, seconds before he was murdered. I will definitely confirm Pennzoil is the worst I’ve ever seen. Back in the 80s I made a buttload of money as an engine builder in Mid Michigan. Pennzoil kept me in business, and Quaker State wasn’t far behind. Now, to be fair this was with the old conventional oil. Back when Shell “Fire and Ice” was your best bet. Before synthetics became a thing.

That means Candace has footage of him up there the entire time — including the possibility he was assembling the rifle. If she edited that portion out so she could keep pushing a false narrative, it is textbook actual malice for the defamation case she’s walking into. Here’s the moment Tyler jumps off the roof. You can clearly see him swinging a fully intact rifle as he drops. Candace has apparently had all of this footage from the start. That alone proves she was never actually trying to solve the case.
