@jay_wyant accessiBe is the only overlay we're aware of that currently changes page content when WAVE is activated.

After a productive dialog this week with UserWay, they have removed all code that changes page content when the WAVE accessibility extensions are activated. A near-future update to WAVE will remove the warning message about such changes on pages with UserWay installed.
