I would recommend that other nations are considered until the inquiry, now a legal requirement, is completed. We do not have a secure enough infrastructure to protect companies.

I get the fact that most lawyers, 80-90% likely these days, are little more than ambulance chasers & car salesmen. They can’t give you any view on the law without running to a barrister, who’ll then often mis-advise because the instructions are nonsense. What I’ve hated seeing is hundreds of defrauded, disillusioned & distraught SMEs in the last decade waste every last penny, or lose everything to pay these charlatans posing as banking experts. Simple cases to win with multiple evidence’s of fraud & wrongdoing, the lawyers & experts just happen to miss.. How these people go home on a night & sleep is one thing but what moral compass do these poseurs/fakes pass on to their children? Good point! The police don't care if an adult is seriously injured and brush the criminals actions under the table calling Criminal Damage & GBH a 'civil matter.' (Section .6 Criminal Law Act 1977 - it is an offence to force entry or use or threaten violence for entry when opposed by someone inside) But would the police enforce the law if it was a child or a woman that was seriously injured by these criminals? 1) Was in a meeting today when someone said they were in court next Tuesday for an eviction. They had no legal representation. Luckily the group had experts in dealing with this kind of thing. Someone will now be with them in court and others will be providing them with paperwork
