@EuropeanPowell I am going to go out on a limb here and say yes, he benefited directly from that tender. The usual rates are around 1-15% for facilitating the deal depending on the type of deal and money involved.

The Tories gave 23 contracts to Palantir
Labour gave the 24th contract to Palantir to implement its software in Coventry City Council.
Coventry City Council signed a £500,000 contract with Palantir to use AI for transcribing and summarising notes in child services, the first known deal between a UK local authority and the company.
The Coventry contract is small potatoes compared to what Labour has done at the national level.
Palantir hired four ex-MoD officials in 2025 alone, and held official meetings with the Prime Minister, six cabinet ministers, and senior officials from the Cabinet Office, the Treasury, and the Home Office.
Questions have been raised in Parliament about whether Peter Mandelson, who was a controlling shareholder in Global Counsel, which had Palantir as a client, played any role in the December 2025 £240 million MoD contract.
The 10 new contracts are all extensions to the previous ones.

The UK Government now has 34 contracts with Palantir, these are distributed across the NHS, the police forces, the Cabinet Office, the Ministry of Defence, and Coventry City Council. Every place you visit, every purchase you make, every digital interaction is being monitored. That information is gathered to form a profile of you, your politics, your online activity, all your purchases, if you step out of line, your bank accounts will be frozen, your car will not function, you will be suspended from your job, access to benefits will be halted, you will be denied travel on public and commercial transport. Palantir is run by people who openly fund administrations that protect paedophiles, war mongers, and fascists. Labour and Tories are installing a Surveillance Capitalist State because that special relationship with the US under a corporate political model is more important than democracy itself.

In effect, Trump has acknowledged that he has lost HIS war against Iran:
1. He says he is considering “winding down” his war against Iran.
2. Claiming that the American military is “getting very close” to meeting its objectives (=the opposite).
3. He does not want a ceasefire between the US, Israel and Iran (because he cannot get it).
4. The US has stopped sanctions against Iranian oil stranded at sea (=acknowledgement of US failure).
5. Trump asks others to open the Strait of Hormuz (= he has failed).
Conclusion: Total Trump failure. Stop this nonsense asap!

Any doctor who aborts a baby at nine months for reasons other than the very exceptional cases specified in the 1990 Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act has committed a crime. The new law doesn't change this.
