someone reported an improvement to do on our site yesterday we pushed a fix within hours their response: "this is the first time I've encountered a team that responds this quickly" we're not building from an ivory tower we're in the trenches with our community that's the deal

"They just didn't find PMF" When no one in an entire industry is willing to pay for software it's not the products failing individually. We have a broken culture. ct is full of bullish news on the tech and use case side prices are not aligned with what is happening, the gap will be filled so quickly when volume comes onchain no one will expect it

one thing no one tells you about building in crypto is how quiet the early days are no viral thread no big announcements just you, a small telegram with 17 people, and a product that works the noise comes later the people who show up now are the ones who actually read the docs and test the product that matters more than any VC check keep building, keep showing up
