From @NWSHonolulu, last week's Kona Low brought 10+ inches of rainfall to the Hawaiian islands. Saturated soils and heavy rainfall are leading to ongoing flash flooding in parts of the island chain. The wet pattern will continue for the next few days. Turn around, don't drown.

Since @POTUS approved an emergency declaration for the Potomac Interceptor spill on February 20, we have been working with federal and local partners to speed up repairs. Thanks to @EPA leadership and teamwork across agencies, repairs were finished 5 weeks ahead of schedule.
