It is astonishing and rather wonderful to see that Australia is finally - finally - waking up to the clash between the sex-based rights of women and girls - and gays and lesbians - and the unreasonable demands made by those who believe in universal “gender identity.”
Astonishing that it has taken the ludicrous ruling in the case of @salltweets to alert the public to something many people have been saying since 2013.
Wonderful because it means more and more politicians are gradually coming around to the view that @JuliaGillard betrayed women in the most despicable way - and that the law must be changed.

Woman here. Not at all what she said. Thinking that a public bathroom protects women from predators because there is a sign on the door specifying who is allowed to enter is just not reality. That’s all she’s saying. No sign ever says “predators welcome” but they find a way. Stop confusing trans people with predators.

As Australia’s sex discrimination commissioner rightly goes viral for insisting that men who claim to be women need pregnancy protections in law, it’s important to put into perspective what is happening to the law:
Men are getting protections they don’t need (pregnancy) while taking away protections women do need (single sex spaces & sport, etc).
This is incoherent and is an embarrassment for legislators with every day the law remains this way.
What you can do: email all MPs & Senators informing them that you want the sex discrimination act fixed - BACK THE BILL.
