Beginning at 7 p.m. PDT on Aug. 21, 2023, lightning began to strike in the Kamloops Fire Centre. Majority of the 258 strikes that touched down in the fire centre were in the Vernon Fire Zone. In the last 24 hours, 10 new wildfires have been detected.

Do you recognize this individual? They are responsible for a shooting incident at 1375 N. Lacrosse Street on Sunday afternoon. The suspect shot the victim in the leg prior to fleeing. The victim was transported to the hospital w/ serious, non-life threatening injuries.

I am very lucky to get 3:30 to 4 minutes for winter storms during the show. I know most on-air Mets have to fight for 2:30. 4 minutes is not enough time for South Dakota and northeast Wyoming. What about you?
