A lesson I learned from @coachgambetta: The warm-up is your screening. Pay attention to how people move, their motivation, energy levels, and so on as they go through their warm-up. Adjust accordingly. Too often, we go through the motions & don't pay attention to the warm-up

The biggest lies told to female athletes: Period pains are normal Growing knee pain is normal You must grind year round Eating fat is bad Lifting makes you bulky Your wide hips hold you back Time to empower, not dis-empower. 💕 Proper training, nourishment, and recovery are needed for performance AND overall health.

Asked a young kid to work in on the platform, he tells me “no.” Then proceeds to sit and text for 5min. Might have to teach a class in gym etiquette to these youngsters post Covid!

Feels like every coach who doesn't want to hustle and train clients/deal with real people is becoming a "business coach" these days. Having a hard time wrapping my head around this.
