If I was the commissioner of college athletics, there is one rule I would LOVE to impose.
Any player that stays at one school for their first four years of college gets a free fifth year of eligibility that he can use anywhere.
Incentivize growth in one place.
Iowa State has never lost a game with Kipp Kissinger officiating
Truly unclear why the NCAA consistently assigns the Iowa-raised kid to officiate his hometown team
A T.J. Otzelberger masterclass.
Iowa State started the game 0-11 from three. Kentucky couldn't miss. Iowa State shot just 29% from the field in first half and somehow still led going into the locker room.
The genius of Otzball is that it's designed to destroy teams when shots are falling. However, the true beauty is how it keeps the team in games where they can't buy a bucket.
Kentucky was miserable. Their guards hated having the ball in their hands. 25 points off of 20 turnovers doesn't just happen, it takes force and a desire to suck the will out of your opponent. That's what Iowa State did today.
Oh yeah... Iowa State was missing their consensus All-American in the process.
Masterpiece.

Experts are beginning to worry of a blowout in the Kentucky vs. Iowa State game as it is becoming evident that Kentucky holds the talent edge in virtually every position group.
Many are wondering if this will be the most lopsided Tournament matchup ever
Horrible officiating that’s marred what was a great game for 30 minutes. The reality now is the game is over. A real shame. @DukeMBB is the better team, but @TCUBasketball deserved better. Just a horrible end result the Frogs best interior player gone for good. I don’t care who wins I really don’t but this games control was lost by the officials.
