No not ouch. This and the other large “redemptions” this week is just Monarq moving part of the XRP in the vault to an offchain strategy. Sometimes offchain strategies will yield more than onchain and vice versa. It has to come back to Flare at some point in the future even if just to be redeemed by the original XRP depositor. Flare earns fees on each step and under FIP16 part of those fees go to Fire.
