I respect Mike Tomlin. I think he's a Hall of Famer. I respect the Steelers' loyalty to coaches. However, the loyalty isn't rewarded anymore. Bill Cowher had losing seasons. But he also didn't go many years between AFC Championship appearances. The loyalty made sense then.
