@ODEONHelp @CostaCoffee @helenistiny I don't know why Costa laid this on you, they offered extras without saying how much they cost which made 2 reg hot chocolates cost over £8 and their customer service was awful. You don't need to follow up I just won't be buying anything from them next time I'm at the Odeon

@CostaCoffee Also, when a customer says "What?! Over £8 for 2 regular hot chocolates?? Thats scandalous!" Before the barista has started to mske the drinks shouldn't they then offer the option of remove any extras instead of staring blankly at you then making the drink. Bad customer service.

@CostaCoffee Is it normal to say "oh, we dont have that bonfire spiced hot chocolate that you want, and is on the big poster above my head. The closest I can do is add some gingerbread syrup, shall I do that?" and then add on another 50p to your bill without telling me? #CostaLOTTACoffee

@CostaCoffee It must be well hidden because neither of us saw anything on the board. Saying "by the way, before you agree to all this it will double the price of your original order, just so you know" wouldn't do any harm.
