@catamuff @wifemomcpa100 We did. First four contracts were actually clean up jobs after a bookkeeper used sloppy books to cover her thieving ways.

@wifemomcpa100 I should start a business where I just do cleanups after lackluster bookkeepers. Honestly the dream.

@bsuecannon I need more tax pros to start charging more when there are problem books and telling the client. When I come in and tell the client there are a laundry list of things to fix, but nobody has said anything before, it’s hard to sell them on doing it right

Thought. Accountants used to do bookkeeping for all business clients. Then QuickBooks happened and business owners thought they were accountants. Are we going back to accountants doing books for all business clients? Seems like we’re going in that direction. #taxtwitter
