I see a future where the creation of digital tokens, unique digital collectibles, and decentralized applications is as straightforward as launching a website. This empowerment will lead to a surge in creativity and entrepreneurship, fostering a new era of digital asset utilization that could revolutionize how we interact with the digital world.
Since 2014, Counterparty has pioneered tokenization on Bitcoin’s robust framework. Having a substantial potential and being carried and fostered by a dedicated community of talented builders, it has become the most widely used Bitcoin meta protocol.
Despite its extensive possibilities and numerous use-cases, it remains one of the digital world’s best-kept secrets, indicating a significant untapped potential.
At EverdreamSoft, we didn’t just join the crypto collectibles movement; we helped ignite it. Over the years, we have been committed to building various tools, wallets, and more for collectibles, leveraging the capabilities of Counterparty.
Today, I want to humbly offer my experience and the abilities of my team in service of the Counterparty protocol and community. I feel that the time has come to elevate Counterparty on the next level.
For years, this open-source protocol has been providing its best for various projects, despite the substantial lack of resources. It has been carried and maintained by dedicated and talented volunteers. However, it has never been able to attract more developers, mainly because of lack of financing, robust infrastructure, effective communication to increase the general knowledge about the protocol, as well as a lack of user-friendly tools.
I commit myself and my team at EverdreamSoft to locating the resources and bridging the gap required to bring the protocol to the level it deserves.
We are repositioning our focus, particularly on Bitcoin NFTs, aligning our efforts with the rising tide that is transforming the digital landscape. By temporarily shifting our energy from the Spells of Genesis (SoG) and our multi-chain tools, we amplify our commitment to Counterparty.
Every enhancement we make will not only benefit Spells of Genesis, which is intricately built on Counterparty, but will enrich every collection and enhance every project built on this protocol.
By adopting this approach, we expect to emerge stronger and more competitive. Our overarching goal is to ensure that SoG and the other existing collections will not only survive the competitive market but will thrive and finally reach the success they deserve.
Our vision is clear— to transition these endeavours from niche passions to mainstream triumphs.
My commitment is to maintain an open, innovative, and community-driven platform. By supporting developers and users with advanced yet user-friendly tools, comprehensive and well-structured documentation, and with the help and support of the community, we are paving the way for a more inclusive and decentralized digital economy.
