@HDFC_Bank my HDFC Marriott Bonvoy credit card was closed despite me requesting otherwise. I had clearly stated: if the annual fee is charged, keep it open; if waived, close it. Instead, I was charged the fee & the card was closed. Now, I’m being asked to send a letter to CHN.
