@freesatadvice 2 days ago you auto installed an update, the TV guide changed amongst other things and within hours my box's harddrive is bricked. Followed your advice for rebooting but nothing has changed.

@freesat_tv Don't purchase these boxes load of crap my 4K Recordable Box has stopped working after 2 years told nothing can be done about it £230 down the drain 😡

@freesatadvice Does it not seem very odd to you that since the update, several other people have also had the same issue as I am having? Also, a fault that is "the nature of electronics" or not, what is the solution?

@Ford1James Hi James, The software update would not have caused an issue with the hard drive within the box as these have no correlation with each other. It is due to the nature of electronics, faults can occur I'm afraid. If you require any further assistance from us, please feel welco...

@spandexcomic @BobDore @freesat Harddrive issues here too, box is basically bricked now. Nothing gets it off the "something's wrong" screen

@BobDore @freesat I got that too. It was great. But since then, I’ve had hard drive issues. I don’t know if the change affected it or the weather (it went haywire during the heavy rain this week)

On Wednesday there was a new EPG on @freesat which was a massive improvement on the normal one. The next day it had reverted to the normal one. Can we expect the new one to go live soon - I really liked it.

@wessexwater Tried to report a problem but online form didn't work. I've had water pressure fluctuation for a couple weeks since work took place locally. Concerned the boiler is being affected also
