"Ozempic bod" is not attractive or healthy. GLP-1s are a shortcut to nowhere good. Eat like a human (single ingredient foods and foods with ingredients your great grandmother would recognize) and move like a human. This is the way.

@RaelHelman @paulsaladinomd Drugs like glp1s and metformin both reduce protein synthesis albeit through different pathways. So regardless of the dosage, its not a primary affect but a downstream one that people dont research. You can up your protein but it your body will still be in a catabolic state

@paulsaladinomd I hope these people know that all of these glp-1s inhibit lean muscle growth, so there will be this funny transition period of weight loss where they look somewhat muscular due to the weight loss but then they will start muscle wasting because it needs something to burn....
