up to 48 lbs lost. about 15% of my starting body mass.
6mg is still a fairly low dose. and tbh i forget to take it a lot so it probably averages to 4-5/wk
willow has lost even more on an even lower dose, but has many more side effects

oh, update on reta, i stalled out at 30 lbs lost with 4mg a week, gonna increase it to 6 once this kidney stone has passed. (kidney stone maybe related? idk)
