@British_Airways Hi Clare. I did try to create report but got a message saying report already made and to use the report number to check on updates. I have no report number so have no idea where my bags are. I am had no email or text and no update in the app.

@SkyHelpTeam just tried to call reagrding my ongoing broadband issue and my call is terminated due to all support being on a training programe. I cannot believe your poor level of customer servcie & support. My broadband is still rubbish!!

@SkyHelpTeam I have been through every tip that you provided, nothing makes it any better. I am sure the issue is outside of my home, as my neighbours are having the same problem. I think a check on the cables is needed. Do you have a fone number that I can talk to a person?
