🚨 Elon Musk backs billionaire Warren Buffett’s famous plan to eliminate the deficit in 5 minutes: “You just pass a law that says, ‘Anytime there is a deficit of more than 3% of GDP, all sitting members of Congress are ineligible for reelection.’”
Elon Musk wrote on 𝕏: “💯 This is the way[!]”
If the politicians in D.C. actually cared about the American people, they would pass this law tomorrow.
What's your response to this.....??👀
Do you firmly support Elon Musk on this?
A. Huge Yes
B. No
IF Yes, Give me a THUMBS-UP👍!!

Chamath: Taiwan Loses Its Strategic Importance in 18 Months
@chamath:
“ We're 18 months from Taiwan not being an important moment of conversation the way it is today.
Why 18 months? Because we are at a point where we're probably 1-2 nanometers away from being able to do what we need Taiwan to strategically do for us.
And so as we scale up our chip fabs, as we get more capacity, and interestingly, there are these orthogonal technologies being developed.
I don't know if you guys saw, but Neuralink was showcasing a machine that is literally operating at the almost nanometer scale to do the brain operations for the implantation, all automatically.
When you have the dexterity and the capability mechanically to make these things, the real reason then is a very different one than what it is today.
Today, it's economic. And if you take that off the table, I think we'll have a very different attitude to Taiwan.”

@Wendi_Irlbeck I agree multi sports should be encouraged, but some kids find a sport they are obsessed with at a young age. Do you force them to try another sport?
English

Youth sports is on life support.
If you think it’s fine, you’re not paying attention.
Kids age 10-12 are playing way too many tournaments and travel ball. Parents treat it like the World Series. They need less travel, more rest, fueling, and actual development. They’re 12 YO.
The data backs it up:
❌70% of kids drop out of organized sports by age 13.
❌Professionalization (year-round single-sport focus, heavy travel/tournaments) drives overuse injuries, overtraining, and burnout.
❌Nearly 1 in 10 youth athletes experience burnout; up to 35% deal with overtraining.
❌Early specialization before 12-13 raises injury and burnout risks significantly.
Multi-sport kids who rest and play for fun stick around longer and develop better.
Let them be kids. Prioritize recovery, fun, and long-term health over trophies. The best athletes often sample multiple sports early and specialize later.
Who else sees this?

@bluewmist Most people are too busy thinking about themselves to have an opinion of you, so stop worrying about them. The sooner you learn this, the easier your life will be.

@SenRonJohnson @kayleighmcenany Transparency is great, but accountability is better.
English

Thank you, @kayleighmcenany, for reporting on this blockbuster revelation that Americans deserve to know.
U.S. federal health officials intentionally used a flawed reporting analysis system that hid serious adverse events from the COVID shot.
I will continue my investigation into this and work to bring the truth to the American people.

@John_Fanta Seton Hall should have been in 2 of last 3 years. Don’t sleep on the Hall.

With NCAAT expansion, the Big East should be thinking of how it gets 7 teams. Beyond UConn/SJU/Nova, I like Marquette, Providence, Xavier, Creighton in different ways. MU with James and quality portal IDs in Minnesale/Fru. Hodgson has loaded up. Richard Pitino big leap ahead.

@John_Fanta how many BIG EAST teams will dance?

@JC_ParetsX I once interviewed a former gymnast who walked me through her training routine. It was a no brainer hire and her work ethic was phenomenal as expected.

@DickieV The 8 teams being added to the tournament will be better than at least 20 auto qualifiers in the 64. That is not a watered down tournament. Make the cupcake conferences play real teams to get in the tourney.
English

Yes it sickens me that they water down the tournament by expanding - more teams that are MEDIOCRE at best will. Be added - the real chaos of college hoops instability - no controls of NIL are just left alone - is that leadership ? espn.com/espn/feature/s…

The fallout of Warren Buffet and Bill Gates.
Bill Gates was missing from the Berkshire Hathaway’s annual meeting held on 2nd May 2026 i.e. yesterday.
It’s the first time since many decades when Bill was not seen at the Berkshire Meeting.
Let’s look at the key events in Buffett and Gates friendship and what happened after Epstein files:
The Bond: Met in 1991, bonded over business logic and bridge. Gates became a Berkshire board member (until 2020) and Buffett’s closest advisor.
The Funding: Since 2006, Buffett donated over $47 billion to the Gates Foundation, making him its largest contributor.
The Trigger: The 2026 release of the "Epstein Files" by the DOJ revealed Gates’ associations with Jeffrey Epstein persisted long after Epstein’s 2008 conviction.
The Fallout: Buffett, a staunch defender of his "front-page-of-the-newspaper" reputation, distanced himself immediately. He reportedly hasn't spoken to Gates since the disclosures, citing a misalignment of values.
The Financial Pivot: Cutting Ties: Buffett has halted his massive annual contributions to the Gates Foundation.
The New Legacy: He has revised his will to redirect his remaining $100 Billion fortune into a new trust managed by his three children, Susie, Howard, and Peter, stripping the Gates Foundation of its future windfall.
Buffett being a staunch advocate of clean reputation hopefully will cut ties with Gates permanently…

@WallStreetApes Breyer’s has ice cream and the fake version “frozen dairy dessert.” Our government regulators are incompetent.

American foods are cleverly changing their names because they no longer qualify as that legal food
- Pringles used to be potato chips, now they’re labeled as “potato crisps” per FDA rules
- McDonald’s Shakes are now called “shakes” (not legally milkshakes in some states)
- Klondike Bar is no longer a chocolate shell, it’s a Chocolatey shell (not real chocolate)
- Dairy Queen: All items are “treats” (no “ice cream” on the menu)
- Oreo changed the spelling to “creme” (alternative spelling, not real cream)
- Tyson changed spelling to “Wyngz” (It’s a processed chicken labeling trick)
- Costco Blueberry Bagels labels as Imitation blueberry bagels (no actual blueberries)
- Pearl Milling Company Syrup (formerly Aunt Jemima) Now ‘Original syrup’ not maple syrup. The first ingredients is corn syrup
Our food is a science experiment

@jimcramer Cramer criticizing a Buffett take is like Shaq criticizing Steph Curry’s free throw shooting. Buffett was talking about one day options traders. $BRK.B

I know Warren Buffett says that we have never had people in a more gambling mood than now, but i think that is not necessarily the case. We are addicted to S&P 500 buying no matter what. We have been taught to love ETFs no matter what kind. If individual stock investing hadn't been so denigrated it would be less of a casino
