Muslims are conditioned to sacrifice the present and the future in order to preserve the past. If you let Islam in, it will bring its past to rule your future. Stopping Islam outright is impossible. The real task is helping Muslims forget their past so they can save their present and our collective future. That is what the West must do. Islamic countries like the UAE haven’t achieved this through theology but through the will of their leaders. Yet such shifts can't be sustained by the vision of a single ruler, it requires a theological confrontation.
