@FrankieJs Good to know, I value the insight. 🤝🏻

One thing Amazon FBA does better than Walmart WFS is making your inventory available while it’s still in transit or being received.
Shipping may be slow, but at least sales can start.
With Walmart WFS, however, you just have to wait it out.
My WFS shipment has been in transit for almost two weeks now, with no Walmart+ availability yet.
Accurate replenishment dates directly affect sales momentum.

@rickxcontreras We always reach out to them as soon as it reaches destination… they love taking a week to check in product that’s sitting there ready to load in
English

@FrankieJs They take a few days to respond.. the case is in process though

@flaspi1 Well said. Items with justified prices and statistics to back it up, still gets pushed to the bottom of the totem pole. Crazy work. Onward and upward so they say 📲📲

Amazon’s Fair Pricing system is out of control.
We’ve had cases open since Friday after our Buy Box was pulled over an alleged $8.95 “external price.”
Our actual price? $18.99.
We are an Amazon-only brand.
Brand Registered.
Selling exclusively on Amazon since 2017.
No resellers. No external retailers.
This is the only place our brand is sold.
We currently have over 80,000 units sitting inside Amazon (FBA + AWD).
The $8.95 “comparison” is a generic Chinese seller on Temu.
Not our brand.
Not our product.
Not our packaging.
Not our UPC.
Just our images stolen directly from our Amazon listing.
This item accounts for the majority of our company’s revenue.
After 3 days of “investigation,” the Buy Box came back Saturday night.
Then it disappeared again Sunday.
Now we’re told we’re “eligible” for the Buy Box… but another investigation must be opened to determine why we don’t have it.
This system has operated this way for years, it suppress first, investigate later with no meaningful fix to the underlying matching logic.
When automation repeatedly misidentifies unrelated products and penalizes Brand Registered sellers holding tens of thousands of units in Amazon’s warehouses, that is not competitive pricing enforcement. It’s a systemic flaw creating real financial damage.
Amazon can and should do better.

@CookingCashflow More reason to keep everything in house and take the lumps that way rather than at the hands of someone else, while lying also.
English

Any recommendations for resolving this?
We send 34 and 6 units, amazon says they receive 0 and 1 unit
We submit a proof of ownership claim to dispute this and hopefully get reimbursed
Amazon declines and says the shipment contents are counted and confirmed ???
Denied by CS when requesting it again. $1k cogs

@guyfosel @CookingCashflow In what way is this detrimental to other sellers….???? Less competition the better .. all while there is historical data to back price
Please elaborate.
English

@CookingCashflow 3P Sellers (specifically new ones) bring new assortment and/or drive price competition on existing assortment, which is core to Amazon’s marketplace flywheel.
On top of that, there’s the cash flow from FBA adoption and PPC…

@SteveFrenchAMZ @SellifyTeam Yessir! Glad to help in any way
English

@FrankieJs @SellifyTeam Ahh, yes. Got it sorted. Thank you!
English

Is there a way to have @SellifyTeam NOT pop-up for Amazon but only for Walmart? I don't want to use it for AMZ, only WM.

@FBA_Dylan @PepperyTwill Do you believe if they were out of your inventory you would have been safer?
English

More Context (PART 1):
There were mis-branded listings that were in my inventory, which were not active, that lead to this deactivation.
I have invoices for all 3 of the products that were noted, 1 of the invoices being from Amazon themselves.
I'm aware that the products were

Just woke up to an email I thought I'd never see, My account has been deactivated. $20,000 in account reserve. Crazy that everything you worked for in the last 18 months can be taken away overnight. Working on figuring this out, any help is appreciated!

@FBA_Dylan @PepperyTwill you had the products in inventory still? And they were bunk listings? Or you had them deleted out of inventory and they still came down?
English

@PepperyTwill YES, I had this as well. Someone created their own UPC so they could list under the legitimate brand, but then they changed the listing.
Such a weird game man.
English

@FBA_Dylan What route are you leaning towards?? Getting out of OA in order to learn more skills? Or what’s your idea
English

@EcomCJ @ReezyResells @SteveFrenchAMZ @RogueDarren as in why are you selling a product / information that isn’t really valuable.
English

@ReezyResells @SteveFrenchAMZ @RogueDarren Yeah I get it on one hand, I definitely have mixed feelings on the efficacy of someone charging mid to high ticket for discord group access $5k for 6 months when they are making such thin margins on the biz opp they are selling. Kinda makes you go wtf…
English

Gonna say something that will piss people off.
But 5% margins after 8 years is an argument against wholesale and not for.
The risk/reward on that is awful.
The high volume argument doesn't fly as I know plenty of 90% RA sellers who clear 7 figs of sales on Amazon a year.
