@AmazonHelp Don't worry I just received a vague non-customer centric message saying my order is delayed and if it does not come by 6 April 2026 I can come back the day after for a refund. I can do better than that I've cancelled my Amazon Prime subscription, and started a chargeback.

Only @sainsburys could substitute an item with something totally different, only for that substitute to be short dated to that same day. How can you call yourself a supermarket, there's nothing super about your service. Every week is the same, items are damaged, late etc.
@EpicGames Just replied to a support ticket, last update 2 wks ago-you require more time. And now the auto reply says I'm attempting to reply to a closed ticket and I need to raise a new ticket. You're quick to take your subscription but can't support your customers. Disgusting.

@AmazonHelp Another month, another botched save & subscribe. Why do you not use the payment method selected even when I've amended it 100 times? Oh and now you can't source another but don't bother notifying me. Save & Subscribe is 💩.
@marksandspencer Why are you using Evri? They stated they made two attempts to deliver but I was not in? Both occasions I was in all day. Now they've said a 3rd and last attempt will be made 12-1pm this has been and gone and no attempted delivery. Guess my order is going back?

@AmazonHelp Again and again there are problems on my orders this time your system on a subscribe and save you've decided to dig out an old payment method because there wasn't quite enough on the gift balance and now you've placed my HALF order on hold.
@AmazonHelp No your ok nothing ever gets resolved in DM just a load of requests for me to provide information you already have and then tumble weed radio silence. I've cancelled the subscribe and save now if you tell me how I cancel an on hold order it won't let me. Or do I just ignore it?

@sainsburys Following a number of issues re our online order my wife has just received what can only be described as a "stroppy" response from one of your so-called customer service agents. Please provide an email where I can register a formal complaint. Disgusting service.
@AmazonHelp How can you investigate fraudulently taking payments from my bank account when I cannot provide personal or order details. Maybe quicker for me to raise multiple charge backs with my bank and report you to the relevant authorities?
@AmazonHelp You just continue to get worse and worse. Now you hold orders and ask for other cards when I have a gift card balance that I had already selected.
