I am betting fairly big on space stocks due to SpaceX IPO this summer. However, there is a risk if the market sucks absolute balls that they "could" postpone that IPO due to poor market conditions. Just something to consider.

Listen peeps. I have been trading for a living selffunded for 27 years.. Started from almost nothing. Some times you just gotta get out of the way and wait. Better to have capital at the bottom than to average all the way down. 20 to 50% index haircut more than possible in 2 yrs

@Budgetdog_ I brought my first home at 20 years old.. thought it was a stupid decision now people my age will never own a home and my house value has gone up 60k in 4 years.. I’d say that’s pretty good! What’s your thoughts?

Ahmm its not that one sided. Its a bit more complicated than that.
Depending on a shit tonne of factors.
In my case it was cash loan for the rest of the value that i was missing.
10y ago, i repayed loan in 5.
Flat appreciated x4 since.
My home, my kids home.
Wouldnt change a thing.

B) titles are not ownership you are merely entitled to live in the house
