@SimplyPrompted @levie That’s me hahaha. Business analyst for 5 years and since 2022 (still at the same job) spent the last 4 years of managing AI. I work at a $5B Chem Manufacturing. Company. It’s pretty wild what my resume looks like.

@levie The same is true inside companies that aren't in tech. The person who knows the business AND can wire up the AI to it is worth 5 people who can only do one. Most orgs don't have that person yet.

Forward deployed engineers, or equivalent, are about to become one of the most in-demand jobs in tech. And one of the most important functions for AI rollouts. Deploying agents is far more technical of a task than most people realize, often far more involved than deploying software. Software generally works the same way every time, and generally for the past few decades has been updated versions of an existing technology or concept (which basically means easier for the enterprise to update their workflows on a newer system). With agents, you’re actually deploying the equivalent of work output within the enterprise. The customer is effectively using you as a professional services provider for a task, which they expect to get solved nearly end-to-end now. This means you need to actually deeply understand the business process as a vendor, and get the customer from the current to the end state seamlessly. Companies need help figuring out which models will work best for their workflows, they need extensive evals setup often, they need change management support for workflows, they need to get their data setup for the agents, and constant tuning of the agentic system for their process. Massive role in tech now. And another example of the kind of highly technical work that AI is creating.

I'd pushback and say the model is still the moat. Anyone can get up and design a good harness and openclaw is a great example of it but ultimately none of it matters if the model itself isn't as capable compared to competitors. Sure an ecosystem helps with exposure but the model is the heart of it all

Some are surprised that Cowork just works with any frontier LLM. GPT, Grok, Gemma, MiniMax. The same CLAUDE.md, skills, knowledge layer, and tools. Convergence has been happening on two axes. Harness designs are converging. Model behaviors inside them too - labs train on Claude Code / OpenClaw / Cursor loops. Neither the model nor the harness is a moat anymore. What wins: distribution, capacity, ecosystem, speed, and trust.
Paweł Huryn@PawelHuryn

This is wild. You can now use Claude Cowork with any LLM - GPT, Grok, Gemma, MinMax. Point it directly at: openrouter.ai/api

@Yuchenj_UW Microsoft has already released agent functionality in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, the agents are actually powered by Claude models. I use it daily at work. Microsoft and Anthropic have had an official enterprise agreement with respect to Microsoft’s EDP since Jan 7th.

@itsolelehmann The fragmentation is real. I run multiple Claude instances across different projects and rebuilding context every time is painful. Even just a shared SKILLS.md that syncs across environments would save hours.

@clear_new33962 @NFL_DovKleiman Bruh just stop 😂😂😂 if your #1 WR doesn’t believe he’s the greatest, then he isn’t a real #1. Also for you to say there are few truly elite WRs in NFL history I just know you don’t know the game at all dawg. That’s a crazy statement.

@NFL_DovKleiman the truth is having a WR on your team that thinks he’s “elite” isn’t worth the trouble there are very few truly elite WRs throughout NFL history Elite QBs make WRs think they’re elite

Yikes: Justin Jefferson continues to throw shade at JJ McCarthy when asked if he's the best WR in the NFL... “How I'm not? A lot of people base if off the QB play. ... If I don’t have an elite QB throwing me the ball the entire year, then it’s a little bit difficult to be in those conversations. I still think I'm #1.” 😬😬😬 (via @FTFonFS1)

Jalen Hurts has been the source of much internal frustration for the Eagles, including teammates other than AJ Brown, per @MikeSilver. Coach Nick Sirianni, GM Howie Roseman, owner Jeffrey Lurie have been "reluctant" to criticize Hurts.

@BarkingToad @spotrac True, but the eagles had a QB on a rookie deal. And weren’t expected to compete in 2021. It’s different this time. They are trying to win now and have a defense full of guys that are up for extensions

@DirkMav11 @923TheFan @ByJasonLloyd Browns pass blocking ranked 32nd in the NFL, Browns WR core ranked 32nd in the NFL. He lost the starting RB to injury and actually made Harold the backup TE look really good when he DID play. What’re we even talking about here, why is there no context being utilized??

@ByJasonLloyd is absolutely right. What coach would want to come into this sitituation? What QB would want to come into this situation. The whole thing was a circus and to act like it wasn't is lying to yourself. Shedeur was so bad and any other QB with a different name would probably never play again but since it was Shedeur they some how think he was good. The coach next year immediately puts himself in the line of fire from all Shedeur lovers and has to decide on playing a really bad QB or trying to win. If they go get a FA QB or draft one, now that QB has to put up with the same thing. You can't trade Shedeur because nobody will give you anything for him.

"Shedeur should not be on this team next year. He's not good enough to be the starter and this organization is not stable and mature enough to have him as a backup... I think he's a really good kid it's just the nonsense that comes with it." 📞@ByJasonLloyd on Shedeur Sanders👀

@frankmikesmith Man what the hell did I just watch??? 😂 I’m an Eagles fan but you give Joey B the Packers, Seahawks or Vikings roster and he’s winning 10+ games a season guaranteed. You also left out the fact that the Bengals defense is bottom of the league and he routinely has to score 30+…
