@Rouge_Riel Nearly 100%. If you have a suspended channel that has not been successfully appealed, then any channel you create, access, or possess can be suspended for circumvention.

@GASpriggs Thank you so much, this is the first real advice I've gotten. Really regretting not promoting my socials now. What are the chances I'd be banned for circumvention if I just started again, assuming the first ban was wrongful and I move my sources elsewhere? Do they enforce that?

@Rouge_Riel they don't accept escalations for suspensions. the "official" answer is users get 1 appeal and that result is final. only real alternative is to use court of public opinion if you have a lot of x followers

@GASpriggs I tried posting my problem to the Google Community (including that my appeal was rejected) and the only response I received was "you can appeal" even though I already did. So I'm reaching out to you here in hopes that you could give me some sort of advice or help! Thanks!

This is when you have create, access, or possess a channel after having a different channel that was suspended. You generally need to see if the originally suspended channel can be successfully appealed)

The help center article notes that creators only have 1 year to appeal from the date the channel was terminated. However, in practice, each appeal results in the same generic confirmation: “We took a careful look at your channel again, and confirmed that it violates our [insert policy name].” Yet… ❌ No specific video. ❌ No cited policy subsection. ❌ No timestamp. ❌ No documented example. We’re ever shown. If a channel truly committed “severe or repeated violations,” there must be identifiable evidence. If that evidence exists: ❔Which video triggered the enforcement? ❔What specific policy subsection was violated? ❔What moment in the content caused it? If that evidence does not exist, then what exactly is being reviewed during appeals? How can anyone “appreciate your understanding” when they were never told the cause of termination? An appeal process that allows submissions until 2030 but produces identical template responses within hours raises legitimate concerns about whether meaningful human review is occurring. This is not about bypassing rules. It is about procedural transparency. If creators are expected to understand and comply with policies, they must be told what they violated. Without that clarity, compliance becomes guesswork. A five-year appeal window should represent a real opportunity for reconsideration, not a loop that reiterates the same automated conclusion. I am asking for one transparent manual review that identifies a specific violation, if one exists. If one cannot be identified, the channel should be reinstated. Sorry to all those losing their accounts to Youtube inauthentic bullshit. I actually lost mine plus $8k+ I made last month to my own ignorance. What I did was exactly what many people were doing that I thought was okay for YouTube. It wasn't. I would want every one to be careful of who and what you model. For instance YouTube doesn't play with its Child Safety Policy which I breached. I didn't know until the first warning came, then the termination. My advice to newbies is that you should acquaint yourselves with youtube policies, the account you are modeling might be safe but yours may not. YouTube isn't Fair. Save up for raining days. Have as many account as possible don't have few. Try to play adsense linking to them safe.

Just got done talking to Youtube Creator support. They claimed they didn't know why my earnings are missing. I asked about chargebacks. They said they don't know. I asked if they are supposed to notify me like the TOS claims. He didn't believe me so I sent him the TOS. He then implied I should contact legal counsel and abruptly left the conversation. So how's yalls nights goin?

This number should terrify every creator on YouTube. Jan–Mar 2025: 2,897,659 channels removed Apr–Jun 2025: 2,105,778 channels removed Jul–Sep 2025: 7,456,811 channels removed That’s 12,460,248 channels deleted in just 9 months. Twelve. Million. Channels. Are we really supposed to believe 12 million creators all violated policies? Did every one of them get a fair human review… or is YouTube’s AI just wiping out channels whenever it feels like it? My channel was one of them😑. No strikes, no warnings, no violations Destroyed overnight and labeled “spam” for absolutely nothing💔. We’re not numbers. We’re creators. And we deserve transparency, accountability, and a REAL human review🙏. Note: These numbers come directly from YouTube’s official Transparency Report. @TeamYouTube the creators deserve answers. @SplashPlateVGC @TeamYouTube can you clarify what the suspension email said? If you were suspended for circumvention, then that means you have another channel that you're associated with that was suspension. Impersonation would be a different suspension reason. What does the suspension email actually say?
