@natecurtiss_yt 313 days have passed since @TeamYouTube falsely terminated my channel. To this day I have still not received any help from them. I simply want fairness. I want a human to manually review my channel.

An open letter to YouTube. We need to talk. Creators are waking up to terminated channels, wiped revenues, and years of work gone overnight. No warning. No explanation. No appeal that actually works. So on behalf of every creator who has ever put their life into this platform, here are our demands. 1. Tell us WHY. A termination email with zero context is not a policy. If you are going to end someone's livelihood, the least you can do is explain what they actually did wrong. 2. Fix the appeals process. Right now appealing a strike feels like shouting into a void. An automated rejection in 24 hours is not a review. We want real humans making real decisions. 3. Stop punishing whole channels for one video. One bad upload should not erase five years of content. Strike the video. Don't delete the creator. 4. Give us a warning before termination. A strike system exists for a reason. Use it. Creators should not be going from zero issues to fully terminated with no steps in between. 5. Be transparent about what is changing. Every few months the rules quietly shift and channels start disappearing. Tell us what changed. We are not mind readers. 6. Protect the creators who built this platform. YouTube would not exist without creators. The people losing their channels right now are not bad actors. Many of them are the reason people still open the app. We are not asking for special treatment. We are asking to be treated like partners, not liabilities. Reply if you agree.

@Saybiggaming @TeamYouTube No verdict yet. YouTube’s deadline to respond to Platform Control (DSA) was April 23rd, but they missed it and haven’t provided any updates. It’s over a month late now. I’m completely in limbo waiting for them to comply.

Hello @TeamYouTube @YouTubeCreators @YouTube @UpdatesFromYT @nealmohan I respectfully request a final human review of my terminated YouTube channel, “Rodrick Lighting Production's.” I have now received favorable decisions from two certified EU DSA dispute settlement bodies regarding my case. Platform Control ruled that the moderation decision against my channel was unlawful after YouTube failed to provide evidence or participate in the proceedings. In addition, Appeals Centre Europe issued a default decision in my favor because YouTube failed to provide sufficient information regarding the alleged violations. My channel focused mainly on creative animation content, and I always tried to follow YouTube’s Community Guidelines. I sincerely believe the termination may have resulted from an incorrect automated action or misunderstanding. I respectfully ask for a fair manual review of my channel and reconsideration of the termination decision.
