10 days without knowing when I will receive the package from .@fedexeurope. They only ask me for the same data every day. They do not give me an answer of a certain date. This company is a disgrace. It does not deserve the ISO 9001 with which it boasts .@fedexhelpeu

Pésima organización en traslado de Fisioterapia de Sta.Elena a La Paloma. No avisaron a pacientes y el día 1 cartel en la puerta q se habían trasladado. En recepción tenían fecha de traslado el día 4 y no sabian nada @viamedsalud @JVLpez @silvilgm

Llegamos a La Paloma tras 30'en recepción Sta.Elena (9:30h)y todo lleno de cajas,magneto montada al revés..estaban aún de traslado! Tendrían q haber avisado a pacientes y hacer traslado fuera d horario a pacientes. Muy mala gestión x parte de @viamedsalud @MAPFRE_ES @JVLpez
