Bro deadass people defending James Gunn like he’s the holy disciple brought down from the DCU heavens is insane work. At least Snyder was able to deliver multiple 3-4hr movies that had insane depth to em and gave them all a horror kind of feel to it. These movies look like sunshine’s and lollipops meant for children the age of 4 😭😭
@killdozer_tv I am sure you have tried everything at this point and have had someone tell you about this, but just incase, the reverse hyper machine was specifically made by Louie Simmons to help decompress your spine. So on the off chance you haven’t done it, you should give it a shot
@blacknredtext Maybe this is a middle-class/rich thing, but it's nice to have a dedicated living room console to play games on on the couch; one that accesses your Steam library (I.E not Xbox/Playstation). My PC is for demanding games. Though you can also stream from your PC to your TV with it
@RedPrestigious@jacknoffman@bobby_on_mars@JoshRainerGold Mechanical tension is just the driver to achieve failure. you need constant tension on the muscle until it reaches failure. mechanical tension itself is not what produces hypertrophy
@GRagged45009@jacknoffman@bobby_on_mars@JoshRainerGold No, mechanical tension is what drives hypertrophy. Drop sets and other intensifiers are junk volume that fail to recruit high threshold motor units. 'Exhausting' the muscle isn't necessary or beneficial.
He did die from fentanyl. I've been over this a lot in the past but the real thing everyone should be asking is why it took EMS 13 minutes to go 2 blocks after Chauvin called for EMS 30 seconds into Floyds arrest.
You can literally see Floyd swallowing pills in the bodycam footage.
@jacknoffman@bobby_on_mars@JoshRainerGold Task failure not complete muscle failure, people fail to grasp the difference. 2 sets at 0-1RiR with high weekly frequency is optimal for hypertrophy.
@jacknoffman@bobby_on_mars@JoshRainerGold Try it. Most important is slowing down the reps to eliminate momentum and dial in technique to exhaust the target muslce. Set extenders like drop sets and rest pause and even time static contractions can really help make sure youre hitting failure.
@bobby_on_mars@JoshRainerGold I think it’s almost impossible to get to complete failure in one set, unless we don’t consider lowering the weight to be another set.
Features landing in the next few weeks:
- Bookmarks
- Helix Jump
- Code lens
- Markdown Renderer - Gif support, GFM callouts ([!IMPORTANT], [!WARNING], etc)
- `git: view commit` action to look up commits via ref
This indie developer is making a deckbuilder where you have TWO decks (Combat/Exploration), affecting how to fight and how to move through the dungeons.
Do you like what you see of Shroom and Gloom?
this source control panel is really confusing, coming from vscode/cursor.
is this has to do with stage/unstage for specific lines if there are many changes in one file?
but for files i just can't get used to it. i can't tell which one is staged and which one isn't.
is there a way to set it vscode/cursor style?
