GSG clients had a big night across New York! In New York City, we can't wait to see what this group accomplishes in Congress: ⭐Assemblyman @MicahLasher won a hard-fought primary in NY-12 to succeed outgoing Congressman Jerry Nadler. A lifelong New Yorker, Assemblyman Lasher has served his community for decades, crafting smart policy that helps New Yorkers. ⭐ @bradlander decisively won in NY-10. Starting his career as an affordable housing advocate before serving as City Councilman and NYC Comptroller, Lander built his campaign on a strong record of progressive advocacy — fighting for affordable housing and taking on corporate interests to raise workers' wages. ⭐Congresswoman Grace Meng (@Grace4NY) secured her nomination in NY-06, thanks to her strong record of delivering for her district by standing up against Trump, bringing home investments, and advancing meaningful change for women and girls. She is the first Asian American member of Congress from New York. ⭐Congressman @RitchieTorresNY posted a strong victory in NY-15. A product of public housing, public schools, and public hospitals, Torres became the first openly LGBTQ elected official in the Bronx when first elected to the City Council. In Congress, he's built his record on delivering for the Bronx — and we look forward to continuing that partnership. Outside the city, GSG clients also had a strong showing across the state. We look forward to helping a strong slate win in November: ⭐ Cait Conley (@CaitforNewYork), a decorated combat veteran and national security expert, won her primary to take on Mike Lawler in NY-17 — one of the top Democratic pick-up opportunities in the country. Conley started as an outsider, but her grit and tenacity brought her to the top of the pack. We serve as her pollsters and strategists and look forward to helping her beat Lawler in November. She'll run alongside longtime GSG client Congressman @PatRyanUC — who ran unopposed — in two critical Hudson Valley swing seats. ⭐Chris Gallant (@_gallantny) won the Democratic primary in NY-01 to take on Republican Nick LaLota. A military pilot, union leader, and public servant, we look forward to continuing our partnership into the general. Gallant, along with GSG client and former Suffolk County Executive @Pat_Halpin (unopposed in NY-02), are running to flip two Republican-held seats on Long Island. And finally, congratulations to our longtime friend and client, Governor @KathyHochul, who will lead the Democratic ticket this November! As the party unites to defeat Trump and MAGA Republicans, we are more prepared than ever before to win. 💪

A survivor of the 1 October mass shooting and a leader in the State Legislature, Sandra turned personal tragedy into purpose, leading the fight for commonsense gun safety laws and delivering real results for working people across Nevada. 🗳️ @Villegas_CA22 advanced in CA-22 despite heavy outside spending against him – this is a big win in California’s Central Valley. An educator, auto repair shop owner, and proud son of Mexican immigrants, Randy is now positioned to take on David Valadao in one of Democrats' top House pickup opportunities. 🗳️ @RepLindaSanchez advanced in California's newly redrawn CA-41, outperforming all Democratic candidates to lead the primary ticket. A longtime advocate for working families, Sánchez continues her work to lower costs, strengthen the middle class, and hold the Trump administration accountable. The road to November starts now. 💪

A two-time Paralympic gold medalist, state representative, and lifelong advocate for people with disabilities, Turek brings a compelling story and a record of public service to one of the country's most closely watched Senate races. ✅ @RobSandIA heads to the general election to fill the open seat for Iowa’s Governor. As Iowa's Auditor and the only Democrat currently holding statewide office, Sand has built a reputation for accountability and government oversight that resonates across party lines. ✅ @SarahforIowa advances in Iowa's 3rd Congressional District. A state senator and Lutheran minister with a history of winning tough races—having previously flipped a Republican-held state senate seat—she is now well-positioned to compete in a key congressional pickup opportunity.
