Day 12 with zero seed oils and I’m feeling unbelievable. My shoulder just keeps getting stronger and healthier, and I can genuinely feel the inflammation dropping. Less stiffness, better recovery, and my pumps are noticeably better already. When you start removing the garbage and giving your body real fuel, it responds fast. I’ve been mixing in heavy steel mace tire strikes again, multiple three-minute rounds here and there for upper body conditioning, and it’s been a game changer. The weight being offset forces everything to work together. Forearms and grip get absolutely smoked from controlling the leverage, shoulders and stabilizers are firing nonstop, and your core has to stay locked in on every single strike. It’s not just strength either. It’s explosive, athletic, and incredible upper body cardio without feeling repetitive. And honestly, there’s something about striking that tire that just lets you release everything. Stress, aggression, anger, whatever you’re carrying, you put it into the strike and walk away more focused and clear. This journey is just getting started, but the difference already is real. Fix your food, train with purpose, stay disciplined, and watch what happens. And that’s the last bite. Feed me more!
