1/ How I started a golf shoe company! 4 years ago I started a golf journey of self-improvement. I challenged myself to see how good I could get if I dedicated myself to the game. After years of practicing, I came across a common problem: modern golf shoes were inferior to the developments in other sports. SO, I decided to change that, and we launched Phantom Golf with the most revolutionary golf shoe in the game 🧵👇

Where do you tend to buy your golf gear? Clubs in particular? Working on a project. Do you research online first, buy in person? Buy online? Get fitted? Swayed by ads or articles? (How long have you been playing?) Me: Ordered my current irons online long ago, been good to me. (Will get fitted for the next set.) ((Had custom before these.)) Custom fitted hybrid drivers from the Masters week tour trucks (I know, I know, lucky dog gets a bone every once in a while.) I do need a new big boy driver... Putter, ordered online from Sub70. Like it so far, plan on adding another putter down the road. (Want to send me something fun, @ScottyCameron?)

@AugustaGolfGirl @BENBALLER I’m in the same boat as Ben. I’ve rebuilt myself entirely as a person over past 6 years through golf. Documented it all on my youtube channel. Always found whenever life felt hard golf was a great place to turn to to build myself back up

Love that for you, but I guess I'm asking more of the average golfer. I can call my pro friends all day long and talk gear and can get golf gear for myself. So much of it is hype. I don't do hype. Boring. Trying to understand the market for a project I'm working on. Using golf for mental heath & getting back up in life. Important.

@GabeGallucci @VokeyWedges @Fully_Equipped @Titleist I previously played 6.5 in my irons with S400 in my wedges, but I really struggled with flighting my wedges down. With the PX wedge part, I feel like I trap it much better, but surprisingly, I’ve moved to modus in my irons now

Just got a set of @VokeyWedges SM11s before I left for the Phoenix Open. Switching both my grind and shaft and I’m very excited to finally play a round with these this afternoon. Never played the M-Grind before. What grind are you playing?

All that swing work seems to be paying off. I have rebuilt my body entirely over the past few years to swing like a “Pro” Cool to see the positions starting to match up with some of my fav swings! Success leaves clues, Nelly is one of the best ball strikers on the planet so I’m pumped to see this progress🙌🏻
