ਜੋ ਆਪ ਧੁੱਪਾਂ ਸਹਿ ਕੇ ਵੀ
ਧੀ ਨੂੰ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਛਾਂ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਏ.
ਕਿੰਨੇ ਪਿਆਰ ਨਾਲ ਧੀ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਲਦਾ, ਪੋਸਦਾ, ਵੱਡੀ ਕਰਦਾ,
ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਖ਼ਾਹਿਸ਼ਾਂ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ,
ਉਸਦੇ ਸੁਪਨਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਿੰਦਗੀ ਦਿੰਦਾ.
ਹਰ ਬੁਰੀ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਾ ਕੇ ਰੱਖਦਾ,
ਹਰ ਡਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਿਰ ਲੈ ਲੈਂਦਾ,
ਤੇ ਧੀ ਦੇ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ,
ਇੱਕ ਹੰਝੂ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਣ ਦਿੰਦਾ.
ਜਦੋਂ ਧੀ ਹੱਸਦੀ ਏ,
ਬਾਪ ਦਾ ਦਿਲ ਖਿੜ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਏ.
ਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਧੀ ਰੋਵੇ,
ਬਾਪ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ ਟੁੱਟ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਏ.
ਫਿਰ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ…
ਆਪਣੇ ਜਿਗਰ ਦੇ ਟੋਟੇ ਨੂੰ,
ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਨ ਨੂੰ,
ਦੂਜੇ ਘਰ ਤੋਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਏ.
ਮੁਸਕੁਰਾ ਕੇ ਵਿਦਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਏ,
ਪਰ ਉਸ ਮੁਸਕਾਨ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ,
ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਹੰਝੂ ਲੁਕਾਏ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਨੇ.
ਨਹੀਂ ਪਤਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਅੱਗੇ ਕੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ?
ਧੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਿੰਨਾ ਪਿਆਰ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ?
ਜਾਂ ਲੋਕ ਦਾਜ਼ ਦੇ ਲੋਭ ਵਿਚ,
ਉਸਦੇ ਸੁਪਨੇ ਹੀ ਮਾਰ ਦੇਣਗੇ.
ਜੇ ਧੀ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਝ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ,
ਦੁਨੀਆ ਕਹਿੰਦੀ ਏ “ਇੱਕ ਕੁੜੀ ਚਲੀ ਗਈ”
ਪਰ ਕੋਈ ਉਸ ਬਾਪ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੁੱਛਦਾ,
ਜਿਸਦੀ ਤਾਂ ਪੂਰੀ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਹੀ ਉੱਜੜ ਗਈ.
ਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਾਜ਼ ਨਹੀਂ,
ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਤੇ ਪਿਆਰ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਏ.
ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਬਾਪ,

राधास्वामी ने कांगड़ा में जो पर्यावरण के साथ छेड़छाड़ की है, वह इसका जीता जागता उदाहरण है कि इन डेरों ने किस हद तक हिमाचल में अपनी जड़ें बिछा ली हैं।
पेड़ काट दिए, सारा मलबा नदियों में डाल दिया और प्रशासन और हिमाचल सरकार एकदम नतमस्तक हुई पड़ी है।
डेरों में यह शिक्षा नहीं दी जाती क्या कि पर्यावरण से छेड़छाड़ कितनी खतरनाक होती है?
यह तो एक घटना है जो सामने आई है, अभी और पता नहीं ऐसी कितनी गुमनामी वाली कहानियाँ होंगी।
