@partialtruth @mjpesquire @PatrickHeizer In the end, federal revenue needs to come from somewhere in the private sector to both stabilize the inflationary pressures of federal spending and more importantly serve as the basis of value for the fiat currency: a tax required to be paid in fiat is a value setting phenomenon.

@partialtruth @mjpesquire @PatrickHeizer A universal primary residence deduction would not suffice, it must be based off interstate region, auto adjusting to the very local cost of living - similar to how they structured first time home buyer mortgage interest tax credits up to a certain home value.

@partialtruth @mjpesquire @PatrickHeizer Because the point is taxing non productive (empty/unused and non-primary residences) land higher than productive land. The apportionment clause I believe prohibits different tax tiers based on factors like that, it needs to be applied universally.

@mjpesquire @partialtruth @PatrickHeizer It would also be counter-productive to the point of changing the tax code to a federal property tax in the first place. The entire point is you're able to naturally incentivize a more efficient and productive distribution of land. Without an amendment you can't do that.

@HalfwayPost I dont think Trump cares about a democrat poll on presidential success. He's pulling our economy out of the gutter and making America better. Most of the previous presidents only cared about lining their pockets. Trump doesn't even take a salary. He is working for free.

@mjpesquire @PatrickHeizer @partialtruth In other words, yes, you're correct - implementing the proposition is logistically difficult considering the constitutional amendments and executive and congressional work involved in restructuring funding, taxation, The Fed, the IRS, banks, etc. But the upsides are dramatic

This is nonsense. The texts of the ecumenical councils include doctrinal claims that entail transubstantiation in their acts, all the way back at least to Ephesus, way before Nicaea II (although also in Nicaea II).

@crowe_justinp @How2BeChristian @taco_talks TT is wrong to say that the rosary is a "typical" part of mass. But it's also incorrect to say "no one prays the rosary during mass." Many people do. I won't even pretend to understand why but it's a very old custom - like Middle Ages old.

@PatrickHeizer @partialtruth Come up with a standard deduction based on regional cost of living that subsidizes primary residences. Set a standard rate for active property, higher rate for inactive property. Maybe implement a revenue tax (yes, revenue, not income) on gambling.
