@waitrose Is it ok to lie to customers? I raised a complaint & the response I got was"The substituted haddock fillets are priced at £7.50. Since they were a substitute, the amount was reduced, and we did honour the original offer." I've been charged £7.50, how is that discounted?

Octopus are trying to say it's somehow my fault or some other app is causing it, despite just having the base Tesla and Octopus app
Octopus innovate and I enjoy being part of that.
Recently there have been ‘scheduling errors’ on Octopus Intelligent and customer service said it’s tough you have to pay full day rate.
I’ve scheduled as req’d why am I penalised if it’s the system?

@WeAreOpenreach Hi, was on the fibre checker & accidently clicked on next doors house- they are getting x2 my download speed and x4 upload. Then I checked the other side - the same, and so is my neighbour opposite. Why am i the only house in the street with such awful speeds?

@bt_uk My service was due to be fixed by yesterday, but it's still broken - I've had no update or correspondence. I have a live complaint, yet emailing my 'guide' 4 times and absolutely no response, not even an acknowledgement. I want this escalted to a senior Manager now.
