@LandRover_UK how can I complain about a franchise please? There are numerous failings which are at risk of damaging the brand reputation. Is there an email address/phone number, or should I to write to head office? If so who should my letter be addressed to please? Thanks

@DomainX8 @AutenticoPaint What about orders there are NOT sent out and the customer has to wait weeks for a response?? No telephone number to call you in either. Shambles really!

@EE Not great really. Yes eventually got through. Turns out a fraudster tricked you. I’m off to a store 45 minutes away to sort it as we still don’t have a phone.

@EE business contract one phone with no signal at all. Messages received about passing security, but haven’t! In a panic & stuck on hold. Can you help at all??
