@afneil What about Hotelling's rule? You do realise that almost all our gas is imported right? You've distilled this down to eliminate all the relevant factors which determine energy policy, leaving only your own inherent bias.

Load factors have been falling because it is official policy to use gas as back up for times when the wind isn’t blowing (or blowing too much). Making gas much more expensive. You know that. Why not say it?

@stevesi @jonobelotti_IO There's loads of precedence in safety critical industries for doing this well - one example is the UK RAIB, who ask for immediate, underlying, and root causes, and consider 10 factors in their assessment of Human causes.

@RangersReview55 Robbie Fraser should start at LB, Souttar can't play LCB, Tavenier needs dropped. Midfield positions negate the performance of Raskin and Diamonde. Dowell did ok defensively but offers less in an attacking position. Dessers is waay better than Danilo, was unlucky not to score.
