probably controversial: i want a single codex account across personal + work - i join a company and bring my account, the company links me to their org - work in codex uses company tokens - personal use uses my tokens - employer can't see private convos/memories - when i leave, i'm removed from the org. company-related convos and IP get auto-removed or redacted - non-IP, general learnings, preferences, and memory come with me

It's my pleasure to share that I joined @SuperteamBLKN. No, this doesn't mean I'm transitioning from building the Ethereum community. I joined as a member. ETH Belgrade and Superteam Balkan have had a great relationship since the beginning. We were never competition, but frens. We helped each other, and we will continue to do so. Superteam BLKN is doing an amazing job. Not just in Serbia, but across the entire Balkan region. In the last 2 years, they've organized hundreds of events, given $500k in grants to Balkan founders, and supported many other events and communities. Those are the things that we at ETH Belgrade are trying to do. We share the same mission and the same ethos, and I'm happy that we'll continue this path as frens, comrades, and now team members :D

Here is one wild AI idea that I think could completely change how we communicate in professional environments. A while ago, I did an Insights Discovery assessment that analyzed my management and communication style surprisingly well. Some of the observations were uncomfortably accurate: “Avoids conflict like the plague” “Skilled at defusing tense situations” or “Act aggressively or reject his ideas without explanation” is a communication anti-pattern for me So I shared the entire thing with my team because I realized a huge percentage of workplace friction (read: frustration) is just communication mismatch. Then I realized: This entire profile could basically become an AI skill. Think a “nebo.md” file — a personality layer that helps my team communicate with me better. But then the bigger idea hit me: Why stop there? Why not do this for the entire team? Now connect this into Slack/Teams/email and you suddenly have a communication translation layer between humans. Think Grammarly, but for professional communication and team alignment. What feels collaborative to one person can feel overwhelming to another, and AI is uniquely positioned to become an extremely personalized sensitivity layer that reduces communication friction and provides feedback when it’s needed most. I know this probably sounds a little crazy today. But I could genuinely see the future of HR looking much more like this than what it does now.

When I was heading devrel at Infobip, I led the acquisition of Netokracija, one of Europe’s leading business and tech magazines. Our goal was to strengthen the developer community by providing it with content ‘for developers' and ‘by developers' There have been multiple instances of this. - HubSpot acquired Hustle & Starter Story - Stripe acquired Indie Hackers - Sentry acquired Syntax Bigger/legacy companies do this GTM play to associate themselves with the niche but super-refined audience of the company they are acquiring. @tbpn is the pinnacle of new media. They captured the zeitgeist, and now OpenAI wants to own that.
