@lookfantastic are the most difficult company to try and return something order at your own risk I’m still fighting a return after giving the company all the required information that has been asked and still not helpful enough to have something returned. Order at your own risk

@ihoverboardcouk be wise when you order from this company need to speak to someone regarding my order and no one seems to answer the phone and just cuts off please don’t order from these people

@TheRangeUK my advise to anyone tracking a parcel you won’t get it resolved just been told by customer service it’s my fault that the courier has left my parcel on the door step on open view of the general public and that nothing can be done

I would think twice trying to ever arrange a dispute for missed parcel from Zara trying to resolve it will get you no where been trying to get to the bottom of a attempted delivery which I didn’t receive and still fighting my battles to tell @ZARA my problem and still no help

Trying to contact Zara @ZARA is like pulling teeth everything is virtual no number to call or anything #frustrated
