The identity and whereabouts of the victim are not yet known. We urge the person seen being assaulted, or anyone with relevant information about the incident, to report to the nearest police station to assist with ongoing investigations. A preliminary review of the footage has enabled investigators to identify one of the suspected assailants, and efforts are currently underway to have him arrested. We strongly warn members of the public against engaging in acts of lawlessness and mob justice. Such conduct is criminal and will not be tolerated. All individuals involved will be traced and dealt with in accordance with the law. Further updates will be provided as investigations progress.
