Finally checked in to my @AerLingus flight home after buying another ticket because they abandoned a mum with a 6 month old with no way to return home & offered a "partial refund" & basically "figure it out yourselves guys, we don't care"

@Gwattymoose @British_Airways @TravelRepublic Buy a holiday with @TravelRepublic but they try and use the excuse that they're waiting for @British_Airways to refund, last time I looked I didn't purchase my holiday from them.

@travelocity I have been on hold for almost two hours trying to track down a refund for a flight. The refund was supposed to be issued in January. Please can someone assist me.

@united I paid for a few seats on my upcoming flight with my family to sit closer to the front, now my flight was moved so I was out on a different flight and got moved all the way to the back. Can I please get a refund for the seats I paid for? Thanks

@Fly_Norwegian customers cannot get a refund from yourselves and Norwegian don’t even offer direct flights to most of Europe. Is this a ploy to eventually remove yourselves from UK airports and take our money with you? If you cannot honour flights to USA a refund should be given!

I still have my Osaka flight ticket that still active which I converted into travel voucher until Nov this year. Because Thai Airways don’t want to refund my money.

@easyJet I used refund vouchers to book flights in July, if these flights are cancelled due to Covid and I’m issued vouchers as a refund again, will these new refund vouchers have another 12 months from issue to use?
