I love this - not only does the "Buy Local" movement help in your own neighbourhood, it also makes a big deal when we go abroad! Currently I'm in Ethiopia and the relationships I've made with the shop keepers on my street put a smile on my face everyday.

I stumbled upon St.James Square while walking around Myrtle Beach. Want more small businesses in your community? Allow for more middle housing and flexible zoning policies. These awesome townhomes had businesses on the main floor (barber shop, cafe, hair salon etc. etc.). #missingmiddlehousing
